At Your Source Connection (YSC) we believe with certainty that every person has the ability to connect effectively to his or her own personal source of guidance. We also believe that actively building a relationship with and listening to this source of guidance is what leads to powerful practical action steps and thus to change.
As coaches for the past 20 years, we at YSC have worked globally with hundreds of people to create positive changes in their personal and professional lives. We have continuously heard people express a desire or need to find a connection to something deeper and more meaningful in their lives. This is not a religious pursuit as such, but rather a search for their own spiritual belief system that would create greater purpose, add meaning and ultimately support them to live more joyful and satisfying lives.
To address this need, we have explored and experimented with a variety of philosophies and teachings on spirituality, as well as adult learning and change, in order to enrich and expand our coaching acumen, and our own spiritual belief systems. This learning process has led ultimately to the creation of a holistic coaching approach that focuses on supporting people to define and build their own spiritual belief systems—which we call Your Source Connection.
From our experience observing so many people creating amazing positive changes in their lives through their Source Connection, we’ve come to view the relationship with this part of ourselves as our primary resource for guidance, inspiration, and support. We’ve found that by helping people to develop this relationship to their Source Connection (which some call God, Goddess, Energy, Higher Self, Spirit, or Universe), they experience an increased sense of empowerment and security in making crucial personal and business decisions. Overall, people expressed feeling more satisfied and energized in their lives!
We also believe that this relationship to your Source Connection is personal, and as in any personal relationship, the level of trust and understanding expands with effective communication.
At YSC, we offer a variety of resources (guided meditations, workshops, and one-on-one coaching packages) to support you. You will build your relationship with your Source Connection by learning how to listen more deeply to discern insights and inspiration. IV. Spirit Guided Meditation Session
This is a 60 minute one-on-one Guided Meditation session designed and recorded specifically for you. During this session a skilled energy practitioner will lead you into your own inner energy temple where you will meet with an aspect of yourself most beneficial to your current life query. The practitioner will support you in understanding the language of your energy/spirit as you formulate a plan of action designed to actualize its inspiration in your life.
